I’m not gonna lie. I’m pretty much Chris Farley with this interview. I can’t help myself. I’ve been a fan of Phoebe’s since her debut album. The ep she recorded with Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker (under the moniker boygenius) was one of my favorite releases of 2019. And her project with Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes called Better Oblivion Community Center was one of the nicer surprises of 2019. And now she’s released her second album Punisher (Apple Music/Spotify).
